Western style cousine is served in several places but here are some of our own favourites that we reccommend to our guests. The best beef and buffalo burgers and steak are served in Cochrane's old Rockyview Hotel restaurant Canyon Rose.Originally the Cochrane Hotel, this landmark in the epitome of Cochrane's westers heritage. It has gone from dance hall to tea parlour, from bakery to salook. After the end of Alberta's eight-year prohibitation in 1924, it was on of the first places to allow men and women to drink together in the same place. Live music shows take place every weekend at the hotel's Stagline Saloon. Celebreties like Brad Pitt likes to dine in Blue Dog Cafe, good for lunch/brunch. Sports lover are welcome to our Ducks on the Roof sports pub with good food and big screen TV's.
